The No. 1 Gonzaga Bulldogs have stormed their way to a 14-0 mark midway through the 2020-21 college basketball season and now find themselves as the current odds-on favorite to win the NCAA Tournament.
The latest odds released by DraftKings Sportsbook have the Bulldogs at +350 to cut down the nets at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, a jump from their preseason spot at +800. Led by senior Corey Kispert, the Zags are averaging a nation-high 94.4 points a game and are blowing teams out by an average of 22.4 points a game.
Entering the season with +700 odds, the Jared Butler-led Baylor Bears have risen to +400 while DraftKings has the Villanova Wildcats exactly where they were at the start of the season.
Even with Wooden Award favorite Luke Garza, the Iowa Hawkeyes have fallen down the odds board since Nov. 9. Meanwhile the likes of the Texas Longhorns and the Michigan Wolverines have seen significant jumps as contenders for the upcoming tournament.
