What to do with Tyreek Hill in the AFC Championship

We go over the fantasy football and DFS outlook of Tyreek Hill ahead of the Chiefs matchup up against the Bills in the AFC Championship.

Rodgers? Tyreek Hill? Playoff Lenny? Who to roster for NFL Championship Weekend

Tyreek Hill had a big game last week, helping propel the Kansas City Chiefs past the Browns and into the AFC Championship. He caught eight of 10 passes for 110 yards in that game, and his most consequential catch might have been his last one, a five-yard first down grab to ice the game. One of the most explosive players in fantasy football, he’s another must-start option this week against the Bills.

Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill, $7,200

Hill had 32 yards after Patrick Mahomes left the game last week, including an incredible, improbably 23-yard catch off his own thigh. It looks as though Mahomes will play this week, despite being in the concussion protocol, which helps Hill’s fantasy value.

A lot of people are going to look at his three-catch, 20-yard performance against Buffalo from Week 6 in the regular season, but I wouldn’t read to much into it. Hill’s too dynamic of a player to hold back. His potential for a huge game—he’s averaging 86 yards per week—is just too big to ever fade him.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Hill’s a must-start receiver. The issue with DFS is going to be balancing his price tag with other players, but you just can’t go wrong with him.
