We’ve reached the NFL’s “Championship Weekend” with the NFC and AFC Championship Games kicking off later this afternoon. It’s a big weekend for football, and it’s a timely period as well for DraftKings Sportsbook. The state of Virginia legalized sports betting and DraftKings mobile sports betting is available as of Sunday morning.

To celebrate the launch, the book is offering an odds boost around the conference championship games. When you go into the app, there will be an opt-in around any kind of touchdown score. It involves a $50 bet and once any team scores a touchdown at even money, the bet is declared a winner.

While a game of just field goals is possible in any football game, there’s only been one such instance in the history of either conference championship game. In the 1980 NFC title game between the Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, LA won 9-0 on three field goals. other than that, every game has had at least one touchdown. There’s no such thing as a “sure thing,” but this offers good odds.
