NBA starting lineups, injury news for Friday, January 29

We update you with all the latest lineup and injury news for the 10-game slate.

On Friday night, we have 10 games in the NBA with tip-off times set between 7:00 p.m. ET and 10:00 p.m. ET. Within those many games, we have two games on ESPN. The broadcast night begins at 7:30 p.m. ET with the Milwaukee Bucks and New Orleans. That’s followed at 10:00 p.m. ET when the Dallas Mavericks will be taking on the Denver Nuggets for the second time this week.

As always, there will be a lot of information about who is starting and out, which could affect fantasy basketball lineups and the betting lines. Let’s take a look at lineups for DAY night.

NBA starting lineups for Friday, January 29

Pacers vs. Hornets, 7 p.m. ET, League Pass

Pacers confirmed lineup — PG Malcolm Brogdon, SG Jeremy Lamb, SF Justin Holiday, PF Domantas Sabonis, C Myles Turner

Lineup notes: Caris LeVert (medical condition) and T.J. Warren (left foot) have both been ruled out.

Hornets confirmed lineup — PG Devonte’ Graham, SG Terry Rozier, SF Gordon Hayward, PF P.J. Washington, C Cody Zeller

Lineup notes: N/A

Hawks vs. Wizards, 7 p.m. ET, League Pass

Hawks confirmed lineup — PG Trae Young, SG Kevin Huerter, SF DeAndre Hunter, PF John Collins, C Clint Capela

Lineup notes: Bogdan Bogdanovic (right knee) and Kris Dunn (right ankle) have both been ruled out for Friday night’s game. Clint Capela (right hand) and Cam Reddish (right quad) are listed as probable, while Rajon Rondo (left ankle) is listed as questionable. Lastly, rookie big man Onyeka Okongwu (left Achilles) is available for tonight’s game. UPDATE: Capela and Reddish are both available to play, while Rondo is now available to play.

Wizards confirmed lineup — PG Russell Westbrook, SG Bradley Beal, SF Jerome Robinson, PF Rui Hachimura, C Robin Lopez

Lineup notes: Deni Avdija (health and safety protocol), Troy Brown Jr. (health and safety protocol), Ish Smith (health and safety protocol), and Thomas Bryant (left ACL injury) have all been ruled out for Friday night’s game. UPDATE: Rui Hachimura, Davis Bertans, Moe Wagner will all be on a minutes restriction for Friday.

Cavaliers vs. Knicks, 7:30 p.m. ET, League Pass

Cavaliers confirmed lineup — PG Darius Garland, SG Collin Sexton, SF Isaac Okoro, PF Larry Nance Jr., C Andre Drummond

Lineup notes: Matthew Dellavedova (concussion) and Kevin Love (right calf) have been ruled out, while Larry Nance Jr. (wrist) and Lamar Stevens (abdominal) are both listed as questionable. UPDATE: Nance is now a game-time decision for the 7:30 p.m. tip-off.

Knicks confirmed lineup — PG Elfrid Payton, SG Alec Burks, SF RJ Barrett, PF Julius Randle, C Mitchell Robinson

Lineup notes: Reggie Bullock is listed as questionable (neck) and Alec Burks is listed as probable (ankle). UPDATE: Bullock has been ruled out, while Burks has been upgraded to available to play.

Kings vs. Raptors, 7:30 p.m. ET, League Pass

Lineup notes: Nemanja Bjelica is listed as doubtful (back), while DaQuan Jefferies (ankle) and Jahmi’us Ramsey (groin) have been ruled out. UPDATE: Bjelica has been ruled out for Friday’s game.

Raptors confirmed lineup — PG Kyle Lowry, SG Fred VanVleet, SF Terence Davis, PF Pascal Siakam, C Aron Baynes

Lineup notes: OG Anunoby is listed as questionable (calf). UPDATE: Anunoby along with Norman Powell has been ruled out for Friday’s game.

Bucks vs. Pelicans, 7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN

Bucks confirmed lineup — PG Jrue Holiday, SG Donte DiVincenzo, SF Khris Middleton, PF Giannis Antetokounmpo, C Brook Lopez

Lineup notes: N/A

Pelicans confirmed lineup — PG Lonzo Ball, SG Eric Bledsoe, SF Brandon Ingram, PF Zion Williamson, C Steven Adams

Lineup notes: Lonzo Ball is listed as questionable (ankle). UPDATE: Ball is now a game-time decision and will not have a minutes restriction if he plays, per FantasyLabs.

Clippers vs. Magic, 8 p.m. ET, League Pass

Lineup notes: Patrick Beverley (knee) has been ruled out.

Magic confirmed lineup — PG Cole Anthony, SG Evan Fournier, SF James Ennis, PF Aaron Gordon, C Nikola Vucevic

Lineup notes: Michael Carter-Williams (foot), Al-Farouq Aminu (injury recovery), Markelle Fultz (knee), Jonathan Isaac (injury recovery), and Chuma Okeke (knee) have all been ruled out for Friday night.

Sixers vs. Timberwolves, 8 p.m. ET, League Pass

Sixers confirmed lineup — PG Ben Simmons, SG Seth Curry, SF Danny Green, PF Tobias Harris, C Joel Embiid

Lineup notes: Joel Embiid (back) is listed as questionable, Vincent Poirier (health and safety protocols) is listed as probable, while Terrance Ferguson (personal reasons) and Mike Scott (knee) are both listed as out. UPDATE: Embiid is now listed as a game-time decision.

Timberwolves confirmed lineup — PG D’Angelo Russell, SG Malik Beasley, SF Josh Okogie, PF Anthony Edwards, C Ed Davis

Lineup notes: Jarrett Culver (ankle), Juancho Hernangomez (health and safety protocols) and Karl-Anthony Towns (health and safety protocols) have all been ruled out for Friday night.
