What to do with Daniel Jones in Week 17 of the fantasy football playoffs

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Daniel Jones ahead of the Giants Week 17 matchup against the Cowboys.

The New York Giants are set to face the Dallas Cowboys in their final regular-season game of the year on Sunday. Both teams are fighting for a playoff spot and Daniel Jones could have to have a stellar game to keep his team’s postseason dreams alive. Let’s go over the fantasy outlook for the second-year signal-caller.

Fantasy Football analysis: Giants QB Daniel Jones

Jones eclipsed 250 passing yards for just the third time this season against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16. His struggles are well documented this season. He ranks 20th in passing yards and 31st in passing touchdowns because of his team’s lack of scoring prowess. Only the New York Jets have scored fewer points. Key playmakers like Sterling Shephard, Evan Engram, and Golden Tate are questionable and New York will be at a major disadvantage when it comes to scoring if any other of them are ruled out. I wouldn’t bank on the quarterback on a team that’s scored less than 20 points in five straight weeks.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Sit Daniel Jones against the Cowboys. His chances of having a ceiling game are low.
