We go over the fantasy football outlook of Wayne Gallman ahead of the Giants Week 17 matchup against the Cowboys.

Nobody foresaw the emergence of Wayne Gallman but the New York Giants running back has taken the NFL by storm since taking over as a starter. Gallman has cooled off since his five-game touchdown streak was snapped but has an ideal matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17. Can he get back on track and finish the season on a high note?

Fantasy Football analysis: Giants RB Wayne Gallman

Gallman’s streak of double-digit carries was snapped at seven in Week 15. He has only tallied 56 rushing yards in his last two games on 15 carries. While his snap percentage share hasn’t changed much in recent weeks he's become less of a priority on offense. Multiple Giants pass catchers are banged up ahead of this weekend and are in danger of being ruled out. Dallas is giving up a league-high 5 yards per attempt to opposing teams, so the time for Gallman to become fantasy relevant again is now.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Gallman against one of the worst run defenses in the NFL. This is a great opportunity for him to have a bounce-back game.
