New York Giants tight end Evan Engram hasn’t come close to meeting the expectations set for him ahead of the 2020 season but has a chance to go out with a bang against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17. Let’s go over the fantasy outlook for Engram ahead of this weekend’s action.

Fantasy Football analysis: Giants TE Evan Engram

Engram has picked things up in the back half of the season after getting off to a slow start. He ranks fifth in receptions and sixth in receiving yards at his position. While he only has one touchdown on the year he reached a new peak with a season0high seven receptions against the Baltimore Ravens. Only two tight ends have been targeted than Engram this season and only six have logged more snaps. Even if he hasn’t been consistent this season there’s a good chance he’ll be a focal point in the passing game against one of the worst defenses in the NFL. The ankle he tweaked in Week 16 is worth monitoring though, as he’s been limited in practice this week.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
