Heading into this season, there were a lot of excitement surrounding the wide receiver unit as they drafted Henry Ruggs III in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. However, Ruggs has not had the type of impact that Justin Jefferson or Brandon Aiyuk have had their respective teams. Can Ruggs leaving Raiders fans with a huge game on Sunday? Or will it be Nelson Agholor and Hunter Renfrow leading the way? Let’s break it down.

Fantasy Football analysis: Raiders WRs Henry Ruggs, Nelson Agholor, Hunter Renfrow

This season, the Raiders best wide receiver on the field and in fantasy football has been veteran Nelson Agholor. Agholor is tied for the team-lead in touchdowns with eight and is only second behind standout tight end Darren Waller in receiving yards (839).

Last week against the Dolphins, Agholor had his best performance of the season in a must-win game for the Raiders. The former first-round pick had five receptions (six targets) for 155 yards and a touchdown. Agholor also scored a season-high 21.7 fantasy points, giving him seven double-digit outings.

In that same game, Renfrow had five receptions (five targets) for 34 yards, while Ruggs only had two targets. With all that being said, Agholor is likely your best bet in fantasy football as he’s been the Raiders’ big play option at WR this season.
