The Washington Football Team will travel to Lincoln Financial Field for Week 17 to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at 8:20 p.m. ET. The NFC East title is up for grabs in the must-win for Washington and we’ve identified some of the best value plays worth considering for $5,000 or cheaper on DraftKings.
Top value plays
Boston Scott, RB, Eagles ($1,400)
Miles Sanders has been ruled out so Scott is the head honcho in the backfield. He’s far from a workhorse but has a skill set similar to Sanders’ that makes him a threat in the passing game on screens and running routes down the field. He’ll split work with Corey Clement ($200) but is much more dangerous because of his volume.
Zach Ertz, TE, Eagles ($4,600)
Dallas Goedert is out of commission so Ertz should get a massive snap chare in the season finale. There’s a chance Richard Rodgers could step back into the picture as well but Philadelphia targets tight ends too often to miss out on Ertz on this price. This is the second-cheapest he’s been all year and he’s been targeted seven times in each of his last two games.
Dustin Hopkins, K, Washington ($3,600)
Hopkins has reached double-digits in DKFP in six of his last 10 games. He’s made 11 of the 12 field goals he’s attempted over the last five weeks and has made six from beyond 40 yards during that stretch. This is expected to be a low-scoring game and Hopkins has come through for Washington in recent weeks when it’s failed to finish drives.
