The Tennessee Titans announced on Thursday that they have activated kicker Stephen Gostkowski off of the reserve/COVID-19 list, per ESPN’s Turron Davenport. The veteran either tested positive for the virus or came into contact with someone who had it after the Titans played in Week 16.

Last week, the Titans promoted kicker Sam Sloman from the practice squad for the regular-season finale against the Texans. In that game, Sloman knocked through a game-winning field goal to send the Titans to the playoffs and win the AFC South. This season, Gostkowski is has made 18 out of 26 field goals, which included a rough Week 1, where he missed three field goals.

However, the veteran kicker is one of the best postseason kickers. In 28 playoff games, Gostkowski has made 39 out of 44 field goals and ranks second in NFL postseason history with 205 points.
