The Seattle Seahawks are set to host this weekend’s second playoff game on Saturday and they’ll be visited by the Los Angeles Rams for the Wild Card Round. Kickoff is set for 4:40 p.m. ET and DraftKings will have Showdown contests available for the matchup.
Outside of the big names, who are some lower-tier value flex plays on both teams that could help you win this Wild Card game showdown on DraftKings? We’ve identified a couple of value plays worth considering for$5,000 or less and could be impact players in this playoff matchup.
Malcolm Brown, RB, Rams (4,000)
Cam Akers ($8,600) is recovering from an ankle injury and has been limited in practice this week. Paying up for him could prove to be a big mistake if he’s not a workhorse. Darrell Henderson is on the IR so Brown could have a busy day ahead of him if the rookie isn’t close to 100 percent. He’s posted some big numbers operating as a goal-line back this season.
Rams D/ST, ($4,400)
Los Angeles has done a great job getting after Russell Wilson this season and have sacked him 11 times in two meetings. While the Seahawks signal-caller usually step his game up in the postseason the Rams have the personnel on the defensive line and in the secondary to keep him limited. Wilson is averaging just 16.41 DKFP against Los Angeles. The Rams are averaging 12.5 DKFP against Seattle.
David Moore, WR, Seahawks ($1,800)
Moore doesn’t have the upside of Seattle’s top two receivers but always seems to come up big when you least expect it. he cracked double-digits in DKFP five times during the regular season and won’t get nearly as much attention as Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf.
