What to do with Diontae Johnson, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Chase Claypool in the Wild Card round of the 2021 NFL playoffs

We go over the fantasy football and DFS outlook of Diontae Johnson, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Chase Claypool ahead of the Steelers Wild Card matchup against the Browns in the 2021 NFL Playoffs.

With Ben Roethlisberger back under center, how will the Pittsburgh Steelers’ triumvirate of star wideouts perform this Sunday versus the Cleveland Browns?

Fantasy Football analysis: Steelers WRs Diontae Johnson ($6,200), JuJu Smith-Schuster ($5,500), Chase Claypool ($5,200)

Even without Big Ben, these three did well against the Browns in Week 17. Johnson averaged more than 30 yards per catch on his three receptions. Smith-Schuster caught six of eight targets for 65 yards and scored for the third time in four weeks. Claypool bested them all, under DraftKings scoring, as he posted a 5-101-1 line on a game-high 11 targets. That constituted his best fantasy outing since Week 10.

This entire trio should be in play for fantasy owners this weekend as the Browns have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to WRs. They have given up eight touchdowns to that position over their past five games.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

It seems like these three players have a near-equal likelihood of turning in a big game in this green-light matchup. As such, Claypool provides tremendous value at his current price, which hasn’t been this low since Week 8. But again, everyone here should be relatively popular on this short slate.
