The Bears’ offense will need to do whatever it takes to give themselves a chance on Sunday against the NFC South champion, New Orleans Saints. One player who could play a major role in the wildcard game is veteran tight end Jimmy Graham.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bearse TE Jimmy Graham, $DKSalary
If the New Orleans Saints defense makes it a point of emphasis to take Allen Robinson out of the picture. Then it will be up to tight end Jimmy Graham to help out quarterback Mitch Trubisky in the receiving department.
Graham is one of the lower-priced tight ends that can provide some value if he scores a touchdown. In the Bears’ last four games, Graham has scored in double-digits twice (12.3, 22.9 fantasy points). Last week against the Green Bay Packers, the veteran tight end came back down to earth with only two receptions for five yards.
In their first matchup earlier this season, Graham only had two receptions for 13 yards (3.3 fantasy points). That will not get it done against a Saints’ defense, which ranks 13th versus tight ends (OPRK) and allowed three touchdowns in the last three games to opposing tight ends.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
