Game day update: Mark Andrews enters the Wild Card round with no fewer than 5 receptions in five of his last six games. He’ll have ample opportunity against the Titans defense that’s allowed the fourth-most passing yards on the season, and his O/U on receptions sits appropriately at 4.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook. His O/U on receiving yards is appealing at 56.5, reaching that mark in, again, five of his last six games.
Several of the Baltimore Ravens best players participated in just three quarters of action in a blowout win in Week 17, but they’re ready to go in the Wild Card round. If you’re considering what to do at the tight end position, here’s a look at Ravens tight end Mark Andrews.
Fantasy Football analysis: Ravens TE Mark Andrews, $5,200
In Week 17’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Andrews caught four of seven passes for 27 yards but was held out of the end zone. The seven targets were the second-most on the team, coming off a game in which he saw the ball thrown his way 10 times.
Andrews is the highest priced tight end of all the options in Sunday’s slate. He will go up against the Tennessee Titans defense, which are giving up plenty of points this season. Baltimore should put up quite a few points, and Andrews could benefit from the additional possessions.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Depending on what you have as far as roster construction, it might be worth going after Andrews even at the high price. He is going to have plenty of scoring chances because Baltimore should be able to move up and down the field without much issue. Baltimore is 3.5-point favorites to win this game, so if you’re in a fantasy league that benefits players whose team advances in the playoffs, oddsmakers expect the Ravens to move on.
