The Boston Red Sox host the Houston Astros on Tuesday, October 19, looking to take a commanding 3-1 lead in their 2021 American League Championship Series. Teams have only managed to overcome a 3-1 series deficit 14 times dating back to 1925.

They cruised to a 12-3 victory and lead the series 2-1 headed into Game 4.
