UPDATE: Miles Sanders has been downgraded to out and will not return against the Raiders.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders is listed questionable to return in Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to an ankle injury, the team announced. Sanders grabbed his ankle after catching a screen pass in the first quarter. He left the game on a cart after being in the medical tent.
