UFC 258 is live from the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas. The headliner is a welterweight championship fight between the 17-1 champion Kamaru Usman, and the No. 2 19-3 Gilbert Burns. There are five fights on the main card, four on the preliminary card, and three on the early preliminary card that starts at 6:15 p.m. ET live on UFC Fight Pass.

We’ll be tracking all the results tonight. Below you’ll find the winner, how they secured a victory, and adding gifs, and video of exciting moments or stoppages where we can. Make sure to follow along throughout the evening!

Kamaru Usman vs. Gilbert Burns (Welterweight)

Winner: Kamaru Usman
Winning Method: Kamaru Usman wins by TKO at :34 of the third round.

AND STILL! The guy that fight fans said can’t lose but can’t stop anyone just stopped a challenger for his belt. The first round was close, but Usman controlled the balance the fight easily.

Maycee Barber vs. Alexa Grasso (Women’s Flyweight)

Winner: Alexa Grasso
Winning Method: Alexa Grasso wins by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

  • A great fight by Grasso, whose ability in the standup was too technical for the rusty Barber. Grasso only led 42-40 on significant strikes, but had a 5:10-3:14 fight control edge, and most of Barber’s stats came in an excellent third round she clearly won after losing the first two.

Kelvin Gastelum vs. Ian Heinisch (Middleweight)

Winner: Kelvin Gastelum
Winning Method: Kelvin Gastelum wins by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)

It was a big win for the Gastelum, the -225 favorite. It was close on significant strikes at 37-36, but Gastelum’s 6:50 of fight control beat Heinisch’s 1:11 which all came in the third round. Gastelum also had six of the seven takedowns in the fight, and gets his first win in three years following three-straight losses.

Ricky Simon vs. Brian Kelleher (Featherweight)

Winner: Ricky Simon
Winning Method: Ricky Simon wins via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

Not much doubt in this one. Simon led on significant strikes 43-19, and had over eight minutes of fight control. The -250 favorite makes it look easy for his third-straight win, and now has a record of 18-3 in MMA.

Julian Marquez vs. Maki Pitolo (Middleweight)

Winner: Julian Marquez
Winning Method: Julian Marquez wins by submission (Anaconda choke) at 4:17 of Round 3.

Marquez was behind in the final round, but found a choke to get the win! In a helluva fight, he needed the finish and he got it. The -177 favorite barely hangs on, and it’s another loss for Pitolo, one he should have avoided.

Anthony Hernandez vs. Rodolfo Vieira (Middleweight)

Winner: Anthony Hernandez
Winning Method: Anthony Hernandez wins by submission (guillotine choke) at 1:53 of the second round.

What an upset! Hernandez was around +350 to win, +3000 to win by submission, and was 1-2 in the UFC entering this fight. And he absolutely dominated Vieira after getting out of early trouble, while Vieira was punched out by the end of the first round. What an upset.

Belal Muhammad vs. Dhiego Lima (Welterweight)

Winner: Belal Muhammad
Winning Method: Belal Muhammad wins by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

Muhammad dominated from start to finish, and has won four in a row at welterweight. He won on significant strikes 124-64, and had fight control for 2:41 to 0:00 for Lima. The -455 favorite did it in style, the only thing missing was a finish.

Mallory Martin vs. Polyana Viana (Women’s Strawweight)

Winner: Polyana Viana
Winning Method: Polyana Viana wins by submission (armbar) at 3:18 of the first round.

A gorgeous shift from a triangle to an armbar, and the easy and early victory for Viana moves her to 12-4 in MMA.

Andre Ewell vs. Chris Gutierrez (Catchweight)

Winner: Chris Gutierrez
Winning Method: Chris Gutierrez wins by unanimous decision (30-26, 29-28, 29-27).

The scores are all over the place because the Nevada State Athletic Commission remains terrible, but the winner wasn’t in doubt. Gutierrez led on significant strikes 65-48, including 35 brutal leg kicks that landed.

Gabe Green vs. Phillip Rowe (Welterweight)

Winner: Gabe Green
Winning Method: Gabe Green wins by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)

Green led on significant strikes 34-28, many of which were quality lower leg kicks. While the first round probably went to Rowe, Green comfortably controlled the rest of the fight.
