The Daytona 500 is back for 2021 and there will be no love lost down in Daytona, Florida between drivers on Sunday afternoon. NASCAR’s biggest race of the year will be televised on FOX beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET and streamed live on FOX Live.
The Great American Race is the official kickoff to the 2021 NASCAR season. Last year, Denny Hamlin won the race and will be looking to go for a three-peat. If Hamlin was to accomplish this feat he would be the first in NASCAR history to do so. Hamlin, Richard Petty, Cale Yarborough, and Sterling Marlin are the only drivers to win the Great American Race in back-to-back years.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Hamlin has the best odds to win the Daytona 500 at +750, along with the best odds to finish top 3 (+200), and top 10 (-182). The next three drivers, who oddsmakers believe has a good chance of winning are Chase Elliott (+1000), Joey Logano (+1000), and Ryan Blaney (+1200).
