In the Post: Is Zion playing the best basketball of his Career? - Wednesday, February 17th

In the last game on ESPN Wednesday night, we have the Miami Heat taking on the Golden State Warriors at 10 p.m. ET.

The Heat are coming into late night matchup on a two-game losing streak after falling to the Los Angeles Clippers 125-118 on Monday night. They are also 5-5 in their last 10 games. As for the Warriors, they are coming off a dominant 129-98 victory over the Cleveland Cavs on Monday night. Golden State is also 5-5 in their last 10 games, but have three out of their last five games.

Can Heat snap their losing streak and pick up another win on their road trip? Or will Steph Curry and Co. put another quality win on their regular season resume? We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbookcentered around the game here.

Heat vs. Warriors, 10:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

Pick ATS: Warriors -1

The line for Wednesday night’s game is currently set at one point, with the Warriors favored at home. With the line balancing at -1/+1, we are in pick’em territory, which is not a bad spot to be in, if you ultimately choose Golden State.

This season, the Warriors have a record of 10-6 at the Chase Center and are good against teams who have a record under .500 (9-4). On the other sideline, the Heat have struggled on the road with a record of 4-9.

Additionally, Golden State has a record of 9-7 against the spread at home, but are only 2-5 against teams from the Eastern Conference in their last seven games. The Warriors are also coming into this game rather healthy, while the Heat will be without Goran Dragic and Avery Bradley due to injuries. Without Dragic, they lose a portion of offense and no Bradley hurts them on perimeter defense. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo will be able to get their points but GS is starting to find their rhythm with Curry leading the charge.

Player Prop: Bam Adebayo O10.5 rebounds (+105)

At its current odds, it would not be surprised it see Adebayo’s rebounding prop fall out of plus money. The 23-year-old big man is having another superb season for Miami, averaging 19.8 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. However, he has only gone over 10.5 rebounds in 11 out of 25 games this season.

But in the Heat’s last five games, Adebayo is averaging 10.4 rebounds per game, which puts him near his prop number. Out of those five games, he had double-digit rebounds in four times and three times over 10.5 boards. Lastly, he’s going up against a Warriors team that gives up 57 rebounds per game to opponents, which ranks 31st in the association.
