The Australian Open has reached the semifinals, and Wednesday evening brings a huge showdown. No. 3 seed Naomi Osaka and No. 10 seed Serena Williams face off at 7 p.m. ET, with the winner facing the winner of No. 22 Jennifer Brady vs. No. 25 Karolina Muchova.

Both semifinals could be fun matchups, but the world will be focused on Williams vs. Osaka. The pair have faced off four times, including the 2018 U.S. Open finals. Osaka won that match and they have split their four contests. Osaka comes into this match as the favorite, installed by DraftKings Sportsbook at -167. Williams is a +135 underdog in this match.

The betting public is backing the underdog with a few hours remaining before this match gets underway. 69 percent of total handle and 63 percent of total bets are on Williams to spring the upset. This is the third straight match in this tournament where Williams will face a higher seed. In the other contest, the betting public is backing Brady (-182) over Muchova (+148) with 53 percent of the handle and 69 percent of the bets.
