The best moment of the game might have been after the final whistle, when an assistant coach for Edward Waters tried to get a selfie with Sanders during the postgame handshakes.
Edward Waters is a private school affiliated with the African Methodist Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida, and has just over 1,000 students. Jackson State’s next game is against the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils on Saturday, February 27th, and will be broadcast on ESPN3.
In a random site note, Troy Aikman made an appearance in support of his former teammate.
