The Morgan State Bears and Norfolk State Spartans are set to compete for a spot in the NCAA Tournament. It might be in the First Four, but Saturday’s MEAC Champion make a memory that will last a lifetime.

Morgan State knocked off the North Division’s top-seeded Coppin State Eagles in the semifinals on Friday 82-61. The Bears leading scorer De’Torrion Ware had a monster game with 29 points and 15 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Norfolk State found their way into the conference’s title game because the South Division’s top seed North Carolina A&T had to forfeit due to a positive COVID-19 test. The Spartans beat NC Central 87-58 in the quarterfinal round on Thursday.
