The NCAA Tournament field is set and odds have been installed for the first round matchups. We still await for sets of first round odds once the First Four games are settled, but we have a great starting point as the week of the tournament dawns.
It’s been a little over 12 hours since the bracket was unveiled, and we already are seeing some notable point spread movement at DraftKings Sportsbook. Most games are fairly settled with movement of no more than half a point, but 11 of the 32 games for which we have odds have seen the line move at least one point. Six of the games have moved in favor of the underdog and five have moved in favor of the favorite.
As the week progresses, we’ll start to get a look at public betting splits at DraftKings Sportsbook. We’ll want to keep an eye out for where there’s reverse line movement and where the public is aggressively pushing the lines. In the meantime, here’s what the movement looks like 12 hours into tourney week.
