NASCAR is traveling to Atlanta this weekend with a trio of races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The Cup Series wraps up the weekend on Sunday with the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500. The race gets underway at 3 p.m. ET and airs on FOX. You’ll be able to live stream the race through the FOX Sports GO app or via FOX.com/live.
Denny Hamlin is the pole-sitter in this award through a performance-metric formula. There are no qualifying runs this weekend, with NASCAR using the formula to avoid excessive exposure during the COVID-19 pandemic. The metric is split into 25 percent comes from a driver’s finishing position from the previous race, 25 percent comes from the car owner’s finishing position from the previous race, 35 percent comes from the team owner’s points ranking, and 15 percent comes from the fastest lap from the previous race.
Hamlin is installed at +800 to win the race at DraftKings Sportsbook. He is tied with Chase Elliott for the fifth best odds. Defending champ Kevin Harvick has won the race two of the past three years and is the favorite at +550. He is followed by Kyle Larson (+650), Martin Truex (+650), and Brad Keselowski (+750).
