The Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Clippers will get together at the Staples Center for a cross-conference matchup on Monday, March 22nd with tip off at 10 p.m. ET. Both teams come in at fourth place in their conference, though the Clippers have a much better record at 27-16 than the Hawks, which are 22-20 heading into this game.
Atlanta continues to play their best basketball of the season as they are still unbeaten in March with eight straight victories. Meanwhile, Los Angeles hasn’t been as dominant and hasn’t won consecutive games since the middle of February.
Atlanta Hawks vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass
Pick ATS: Atlanta +6.5
It’s certainly more likely the Clippers come away with a victory at home, but giving 6.5 points to a team playing this well seems dangerous. The Hawks have won each of their last five road games and covered the spread in each of their last five games overall. In addition, Patrick Beverley and Serge Ibaka are expected to be out for this game with injuries. There are a whole lot of reasons to go with the Hawks to cover as road underdogs, so that’s where we’re going.
Player Prop: TBD
