The Minnesota Twins have won the American League Central in each of the past two seasons. This year, they are projected to finish behind the White Sox and see their winning percentage slump by more than 50 points from those championship campaigns. Let’s take a look at the best betting option for the Twins’ win total line on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Minnesota Twins Over 88.5 wins (-130)

When it comes to win totals, only a couple of teams have shorter odds than the Twins’ odds of surpassing 88.5 wins. They won 101 games in 2019 and were on a 97-win pace in the shortened 2020 season. The White Sox have improved themselves more than any team in this division, but the Indians will likely take a step back, and the Royals and Tigers will continue to be also-rans this summer. But besides the general meekness of the AL Central, the Twins are just a really solid team. Kenta Maeda and Jose Berrios are stabilizing forces in the rotation. Alex Colome and Taylor Rogers make up a good late-inning duo. If the Twins can keep Byron Buxton, Josh Donaldson and Miguel Sano healthy for a full season, they will challenge the White Sox for the division crown and easily reach 89 wins. If you want to bet the under here, the current moneyline is +105.
