Sixers vs. Lakers, 10:00 p.m. ET, TNT

Pick ATS: Sixers -6

The line for Thursday night’s game is currently set at six points, with the Sixers favored on the road. Over the course of their three-game win streak, Philadelphia is averaging 112.6 points per game, while holding teams to 44.1% shooting from the field. Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris have been shouldering the offensive workload with Joel Embiid still out with an injury. Simmons is averaging 17.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 6.7 assists in the Sixers’ last three games. Meanwhile, Harris is recording 24.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game.

The Sixers have a record 8-1-1 against the spread in their last 10 games and 4-1 ATS in their last five games against the Lakers. However, Philadelphia is 9-9-3 ATS away from the Wells Fargo Center this season. They may also be without both Danny Green and Seth Curry, who are listed as questionable.

The Lakers, who are one of the better defensive teams in the NBA, have struggled without LeBron James and Anthony Davis. They’ve given up 112.6 points over their last three games and allowed opposing teams to shoot 46.5% from the field. Los Angeles will hope that the trio of Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harrell, and Kyle Kuzma can keep them in the game. The Lakers have a record of 10-13 against the spread at Staples Center this season and are 0-5 ATS in their last five games versus a team from the Atlantic Division.

Player Prop: Kyle Kuzma O2.5 three-pointers (+110)

For the Lakers to snap their three-game losing streak, they will need Kyle Kuzma to play aggressive against the Sixers on Thursday. This season, the former first round pick is averaging 12.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game. He’s also shooting 44.3 percent from the field and 37.5% from three-point range.

In the Lakers’ last five games, Kuzma is averaging 13.0 points per game and shooting 37.1% from behind the arc on 2.6 three-pointers made. Within that time frame, he has gone over 2.5 threes made in two games, where Kuzma had between 8-10 attempts. This season, he has gone over his prop total in 16 out of 43 games played.
