Breaking down the Conference USA basketball tournament schedule

Taking a look at who, where and when for the Conference USA Conference Championship, which will be hosted at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas.

The Conference USA Conference Championship stretches from March 9-13, with all games played on two different courts from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The tournament will include 14 teams, who will play single-elimination games with no reseeding. The top four teams will receive a double-bye into the quarterfinals.

The first three rounds will take place on ESPN+, an add-on service that can be purchased even without an ESPN subscription, and CBS Sports Network will air the semifinals and finals to a basic cable audience.

The Mean Green make it back to The Big Dance for the first time since 2010 when they were a member of the Sun Belt Conference. The program is 0-3 in NCAA Tournament play, and will be looking for their first win behind guard Javion Hamlet.
