The Big Ten is loaded with talent this year. The conference boasts five ranked teams, four of which rank inside the top 10. The tournament is set to begin Wednesday, and at least seven teams could be on their way to the NCAA tournament when the action it’s all said and done. Let’s go over what schools have the best chance to take home the Big 10 title.
No. 4 Michigan (+175) is the odds-on favorite to win the Big Ten Tournament and has the third-best national championship odds (+450). No. 3 Illinois (+320) trails the Wolverines, but blew them out earlier this month without star wing Ayo Dosunmu. The Illini will be even more of a threat at full strength.
No. 5 Iowa (+425), No. 20 Purdue (+500), and No. 9 Ohio State (+685) round out the top five. The Buckeyes are the most vulnerable program among the top contenders and lost its last four regular-season games.
