The Utah Jazz host the Sacramento Kings on Saturday night while Wrestlemania is going on. There’s a good chance if you need to tune into this game, it won’t be very competitive for long — or will it? The Jazz have already played three games this week and are 1-2 in those contests. They’ve also been (slightly) hit by the injury bug. Let’s take a look at the odds on DraftKings Sportsbook and make some picks.
Kings vs. Jazz, 9:00 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass
Pick ATS: Jazz -12.5
This is pretty tough to back the Kings in. The Jazz will likely be without G Jordan Clarkson, who is listed as doubtful with an ankle injury. That really only hurts the Jazz depth off the bench. The Kings have lost five games in a row and are 10-15 on the road this season. Utah has the best record ATS at home this season in 19-6 and the Kings’ defense is just way too vulnerable. This should be a pretty easy W for the Jazz.
Player Prop: Bojan Bogdanovic O14.5 points (-127)
Assuming Clarkson ends up sitting, somebody is going to have to pick up some of the scoring slack. That could be Bogdanovic, who has scored over 14.5 points in five of the past six games. Really, we’re going after Bojan props because Jingling Joe Ingles isn’t posted, because the books are sharp. Mike Conley props aren’t a bad place to look as well. The concern here is that the Jazz go up big and Conley hasn’t been playing big minutes consistently. So Bojan gives us a pretty safe prop that looks even better if the Kings don’t fall over after a quarter.
