We have another 15-game schedule in MLB on Saturday, which means there are still multiple opportunities to come away with a win in DraftKings baseball DFS. The main slate has six games starting at 7:05 p.m. ET.
Sometimes with a plus-matchup on the MLB game slate, we get an opportunity to slot multiple players from the same team into our DFS lineups. You can learn more about MLB DFS strategy, including team stacks, here.
Here, we’ll break down three of the best team stacks for the MLB slate on Saturday, April 24th.
Phillies vs. Rockies, 8:10 p.m. ET
Bryce Harper ($6000)
J.T. Realmuto ($5300)
Rhys Hoskins ($4800)
Andrew McCutchen ($4200)
Alec Bohm ($3800)
We highlighted the Rockies in Friday’s best MLB team stacks, but for Saturday’s main slate we are going to focus on the Phillies. DraftKings Sportsbook has the run total set at 10, which isn’t farfetched as both teams combined to score nine runs at Coors Field on Friday night.
The Phillies will be going up against Antonio Senzatela, who has a record of 1-3 and ERA of 5.40. Senzatela isn’t much of a strikeout pitcher with only 11 strikeouts in 20 IP. This season, right-handed hitters are hitting .324/.375/.595 with two home runs and seven RBI. With that in mind, we could see good games from Bohm, Realmuto, and Hoskins.
Athletics vs. Orioles, 7:05 p.m. ET
Matt Olson ($4700)
Jed Lowrie ($4500)
Mark Canha ($4100)
Elvis Andrus ($3600)
Stephen Piscotty ($2700)
I went with the Athletics stack on Friday night and it did not workout in our favor, unless you had them -1.5 on the run or moneyline. That being said, we are not going to fade the hottest team in the majors. We are going to go back to them one more time with Baltimore starter Wade LeBlanc on the mound.
This season, LeBlanc has been used as a reliever for the Orioles, but will open up the game Saturday night. As a relief pitcher, the veteran has an ERA of 5.40 with three strikeouts. But right-handed batters have had some success off him. They are slashing .364/.364/.727 with a home run and four RBI. Athletics first baseman Matt Olson will look to keep hot streak at the plate going after notching his second-straight multi-hit game.
Diamondbacks vs. Braves, 7:20 p.m. ET
Ronald Acuna Jr. ($6400)
Freddie Freeman ($6200)
Marcell Ozuna ($5200)
Ozzie Alibis ($5000)
Austin Riley ($3200)
The Braves stack for Saturday night’s main slate will likely be one of the more expensive plays, thanks to Ronald Acuna Jr. and Freddie Freeman. The Braves are looking to win their second-straight game in their series against the Diamondbacks. Atlanta’s offense could be to score a lot as they face Arizona ace Madison Bumgarner.
The veteran pitcher has had a rough start to the season with a 1-2 record and 8.68 ERA. This season, right-handed hitters are having their way with MadBum slashing .323/.413/.585 with three home runs and 14 RBI. Austin Riley is a cheap value play in this stack as he has put up a hit in four-straight games.
