The New York Giants have two big needs and they are both on the line, offensive and defensive. After signing Kenny Golladay, they have an above average set of pass-catchers for Daniel Jones and now they need more protection for him. For fantasy football upside, we’ll want to see the Giants go with an offensive lineman with their 11th overall pick.
The Giants went offensive line last year with Andrew Thomas, who had plenty of growing pains. They need him to take a big step forward this season, but even if he does, they still need help up front. The good news is that this is a good year for offensive lineman and a poor year for defensive linemen. But that probably won’t stop Dave Gettleman from taking a defensive player too early this year.

Fantasy football impact
Toney is an exciting player who can beat defenses in a lot of ways, and he should find a place in this Giants offense and can be a dangerous playmaker in special teams. New York continues to give Daniel Jones plenty of solid options to work with after bringing in Golladay to what should be a significantly improved wide receiver group. Figuring out how rookie pass catchers fit into the offense is tricky to determine early on, but Jones is the biggest beneficiary of this draft pick.
