The Timberwolves have been horrendous on defense this year but have improved drastically in the last week. Minnesota has held the opposition under 108 points in three straight games. The Timberwolves haven’t lost by five or more in five contests and are 5-1 straight up in their last six home games against the Warriors. Golden State will be missing a key wing in Kelly Oubre Jr. (wrist), so the odds appear to be in Minnesota’s favor.

Player Prop: D’Angelo Russell O20.5 points (+105)

Russell has been minute restriction-free for five games and has scored at least 23 points three times since Minnesota took off his training wheels. His shot volume is on the rise, and he’s chucked at least 15 attempts in their straight contest. Thirty of those attempts came from long range. Russell will have to be aggressive to keep pace with Steph Curry, so I anticipate his quality scoring run to continue.
