NASCAR will be heading down to Virginia for the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 this weekend at Martinsville Speedway. On Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Cup Series will run its Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500, which will air on FS1.
