NASCAR will be heading down to Virginia for the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 this weekend at Martinsville Speedway. To begin the festivities, we have the Cook Out 250 for the Xfinity Cup Series on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. The race will air on FS1. On Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Cup Series will run its Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500, which will air on FS1.
