The 2021 NASCAR Cup Series continues this week, with the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 set to run at the Martinsville Speedway on Saturday. The race starts at 7:30 p.m. ET and airing on FS1. DraftKings Sportsbook has Martin Truex Jr. as the favorite to win Saturday with odds set at +500. He won last year’s race at Martinsville and is slated into the seventh position in the starting lineup. Chase Elliott (+600), Brad Keselowski (+600) and Denny Hamlin (+700) follow closely behind at +700. Joey Logano, the winner of last week’s Food City Dirt race, also sits at +700. Ryan Blaney was runner-up last year and is installed at +800.
