We’ve reached day three of the 2021 NFL Draft. A majority of picks are still left to be determined, but day three is for the diehards. The first round consists of the flashy, high profile picks, while the second and third round is the place where a playoff roster can be built. Day three is where you look to build sustained success with cheap, hidden gems.

Saturday real and truly marks the close of the 2021 NFL mock draft season. We’ll get a 2022 mock draft right out of the gate Saturday night or Sunday morning, but Saturday morning provides us with some fourth round mock drafts just to get the last bits of 2021 out of our system. Here’s three mock drafts to consider as the noon start time for round four approaches.

Wake Forest quarterback Jamie Newman is a decent bet to be the next quarterback off the board sometime on Saturday. There’s not much quarterback talent left, and day three quarterbacks usually don’t pan out. But that won’t stop teams from looking for their version of Tom Brady!

Michael Carter and Rhamondre Stevenson are two names to watch among the running backs. FantasyPros has them coming off the board second and third in the fourth round, to the Jets and Falcons, respectively. The Jets were rumored to be looking at Javonte Williams in the second round, but passed. Atlanta signed Mike Davis this offseason, and while he will bolster that backfield, they need some long-term options.

B/R and FantasyPros both have Tylan Wallace and Amon-Ra St. Brown among the first wide receivers off the board on Saturday. B/R sends Wallace to the Lions and Brown to the Eagles while FantasyPros has Brown to the Vikings and then Wallace to the Titans.
