Update, June 1st — Westbrook is being listed as questionable to play in Game 5 vs. the Sixers on Wednesday. He was able to play through the knee injury on Monday night in the win over Philly in Game 4. The series is at 3-1 shifting back to Philadelphia. Westbrook had another gaudy triple-double on Monday night, scoring 19 points with 14 assists and 21 rebounds. Chances are Westbrook will play again in Game 5 with the Wiz having new life. Sixers All-Star C Joel Embiid is doubtful to play on Wednesday, per reports.
Update, Game 4 — Westbrook is expected to play in Game 4 vs. the Sixers on Monday. He was able to play through an ankle injury in Game 3 on Saturday, a 132-103 blowout loss. The Sixers lead the series 3-0 and it appears the Wizards’ season will soon be over. Westbrook posted 26-10-12 for another triple-double in Game 3 but Joel Embiid was too much for Washington.
