Monday’s main NBA slate on DraftKings will feature eight games. Some of the best plays of available have been brought about by injuries, and we’ve identified a couple of situation worth monitoring ahead of the action.

That being said, it is a great time to give you some value plays for your DFS contest. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value.

In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays under $5K that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. It does not matter if you are playing a 50/50 or Double Up contest, we are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.

Dwayne Bacon, Orlando Magic, $4,900

Bacon should be back in the starting lineup for the second game in a row because of the slew of wing injuries the Magic are dealing with. He poured in 23 points against the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday and led the team in minutes with 36. He has no legitimate backup with Gary Harris, Terrence Ross, and Otto Porter Jr. out and the Detroit Pistons rank 24th defensively against small forwards.

Moritz Wagner, Orlando Magic, $4,600

Wagner can also benefit from the Magic’s hefty injury report. Chuma Okeke won’t play on Monday because of an ankle injury, so Wagner should draw the start after dropping 24 points and grabbing five boards against the Grizzlies on Saturday. Jerami Grant is out with a knee injury, so Sekout Doumboya will have to fill in at power forward for a team that ranks 28th against power forwards on DraftKings.

Talen Horton-Tucker, Los Angeles Lakers, $4,100

LeBron James is taking a breather on the second night of a back-to-back because of an ankle tweak, so there are wing minutes up for grabs. While Kyle Kuzma is most likely to step into the starting lineup, THT returned solid value with 26.25 DKFP in 22 minutes in James’s second game back from injury. The Lakers will need all the wing defense they can get to slow down Michael Porter Jr.
