Mare of Easttown finale: Start time, TV channel, how to live stream, killer possibilities

The finale of the limited run HBO series is tonight. Here’s how to watch it, and also some thoughts on what might happen.

Memorial Day weekend is here, and so is the final episode of the show that has been a gift to the new HBO Max service, Mare of Easttown.

The story of the murder of a teenage mother in suburban Philadelphia, and the flawed former high school basketball star and detective charged with investigating who did it, comes to its conclusion this evening. The single-season run has been a hit for HBO, but this is scheduled to be the final episode unless a second season is put into production. And yes, HBO has done that before.

You can watch the finale of Mare of Easttown on HBO on Sunday, May 30th at 10:00 p.m. ET, or you can stream it via HBO Max just a few minutes after the show begins airing. If you don’t have HBO, you should probably watch the first six episodes first before diving into the last one, and you can order the service directly for 14.99 a month here or through your cable tv, satellite, or streaming provider.
