Moneyline pick, best player prop for Braves vs. Nationals on Wednesday

The Atlanta Braves and Washington Nationals will continue their three-game set Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. ET. Max Fried will be on the mound for Atlanta, while Erick Fredde will start for Washington. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

The run line for Wednesday night’s contest is set at -1.5, with the Braves listed as the favorite on the road. They are also favored on the moneyline at -129. The Braves defeated the Nats 6-1 on Monday night, behind a grand slam from pitcher Huascar Ynoa. Ronald Acuna Jr. opened up the scoring with a solo home run in the fifth inning. Also with the win, Atlanta snapped its four-game losing streak. On the other end of the spectrum, Washington saw its four-game winning streak disappear.

The Braves will try to win the series tonight with Fried on the mound. The 27-year-old starter has a record of 0-1 with an ERA of 11.45. Outside of his first outing against the Phillies, Fried has been smacked around by both the Nationals and Marlins. As for Washington, Fredde has put together three quality outings consecutively. The 28-year-old has a record 2-2 and an ERA of 4.43 through five starts. In his last start against the Toronto Blue Jays, Fredde only allowed 3 walks, 2 hits (1 HR), 1 earned run, and struck out seven in 6.0 IP.
