Top player prop bets from Monday’s NBA Playoff games

Here’s the player props bettors like most from 76ers-Hawks and Clippers-Jazz.

Will Furkan Korkmaz put up double-digit points in Game 4?

The Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz get set for a pair of pivotal Game 4s Monday. The Hawks and Clippers will be looking to even their respective series on home court while the 76ers and Jazz attempt to take one step closer to the conference finals.

Here are the top player prop bets from both games the public is betting on, according to DraftKings Sportsbook.

  1. Reggie Jackson over 2.5 3-pointers (-143)
  2. Joel Embiid double-double and 76ers win (+150)
  3. Ben Simmons under 7.5 rebounds (-150)
  4. Trae Young over 27.5 points (-113)
  5. Seth Curry over 13.5 points (-118)

Jackson is lighting up the Jazz in the past two games, scoring 29 and 17. He went 4-8 from deep in Game 2 before shooting 5-6 from deep in Game 3. Jackson is averaging 7.5 three-point attempts per game in the playoffs and is shooting 45.3 percent, well above his career average of 34.9 percent. There will be some correction, but for now this is a good bet. I’m buying the Jackson prop.

If you believe the 76ers will win the game, Embiid will likely be a big reason why. The center is averaging 35.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game in the series and has come a rebound away from a double-double in Games 1 and 3. This is another strong bet I’m buying.

Update: This player prop did not hit. Embiid recorded a double-double, but the 76ers lost to the Hawks 103-100.

Simmons is averaging 3.7 rebounds per game in the series against Atlanta, down from his regular season numbers. That’s likely due to Embiid’s dominance down low and Dwight Howard clearing the glass. Eight rebounds is not difficult for Simmons, but this is another bet likely to pay off.

Update: This player prop did not hit. Simmons recorded 12 rebounds in the game.

Trae Young is putting up exactly 28.0 points per game in the series vs. Philadelphia. He had two games over 27.5 and will likely be very aggressive with the Hawks facing essentially a must-win game Monday. However, I think Atlanta’s supporting cast and bench will be far more involved early while Young turns things on late. I’ll cautiously sell this one.

Update: This player prop did not hit. Young scored 25 points.

He’s not a two-time league MVP, but Seth Curry has a sweet shooting stroke like his brother. He’s averaging 18.0 points per game in the series and more importantly, he’s attempting 11.7 shots per game in 32.3 minutes. The opportunities will be there and Curry is on fire at the moment. As much as I’d want to sell this prop, the numbers push me to buy.

Update: This player prop hit. Curry scored 17 points in a 103-100 loss.
