Hawks vs. Sixers pick against the spread, best player prop for Game 5

The Atlanta Hawks evened the series at two games apiece with a 103-100 home victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night. Atlanta’s Trae Young finished with 18 assists and had 25 points, and he is probable to play on Wednesday night with a sore right shoulder. For Philadelphia, Joel Embiid went for 21 rebounds but shot 4 of 20 from the floor for 17 points. He is being listed as questionable with a knee injury, but it would be pretty shocking to see him not on the floor.

Atlanta is going into this game as underdogs and while we will not expect the Hawks to come away with a victory, 6.5 points is too many in this spot. The Hawks and 76ers split the first two games in Philadelphia in this series, so we have evidence that Atlanta can get this done on the road. Trae Young has improved his point totals in the playoffs with 28.3 points per game in the postseason. With another big game, the Hawks should cover this number.

Throughout the regular season, Curry averaged 2.2 3-pointers made per game, and taking the under 2.5 with plus value is a solid play.
