Despite his record being under .500, Musgrove has a record of 3-3 with a 2.83 ERA, and .202 opponents batting average in six home starts.

San Diego has a record of 2-2 in Musgrove’s last four home starts, which includes a 10-strikeout performance against the New York Mets on June 5. He could be what the doctor ordered to snap their losing streak and slowdown this Cincy offense. The Reds will run out Wade Miley, who is 6-4 with an ERA of 2.92 in 11 starts this season.
