MLB is wrapping up the weekend with a 10-game slate on Sunday and six matchups are set to begin after 4:00 p.m. ET. Some games have higher fantasy upside than others because of desirable matchups and hot streaks.
Sometimes with a plus-matchup on the MLB game slate, we get an opportunity to slot multiple players from the same team into our DFS lineups. You can learn more about MLB DFS strategy, including team stacks, here.
Here, we’ll break down three of the best team stacks for the MLB slate on Sunday, June 20th.
Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks, 4:10 p.m, ET
Chris Taylor ($5,200)
Justin Turner ($5,000)
Gavin Lux ($3,800)
Arizona has given up more earned runs than any team in MLB so far and Los Angeles could be in for another big night after scoring nine runs against the Diamondbacks on Saturday. Mookie Betts is out of the lineup but several other big-time batters who could score big. Taylor is batting leadoff, Turner leads the team in hits with, and Lux has scored at least seven DKFP in six of his last 10 games. If Alex Young and Corbin Martin have average games, all three of these Dodgers batters could easily reach double-digits in DKFP.
Tigers vs. Angels, 4:07 p.m. ET
Shohei Ohtani ($5,200)
Jared Walsh ($5,200)
Justin Upton ($4,200)
The Angels have tallied at least nine hits and seven runs in three straight games and the front half of their batting order has been extremely hot over the last two games. Ohtani, Walsh, and Upton have scored more than 10 DKFP in two straight games. Five of Ohtani’s last six hits have been home runs. Walsh has gone yard in back-to-back games and Upton is riding a streak of three multi-hit games.
