Clippers NBA finals MVP odds heading into the conference finals

We take a look at the future odds for the 2021 NBA Finals MVP for the Los Angeles Clippers heading into the conference finals.

The Los Angeles Clippers are reaching the conference finals for the first time in franchise history. They had a great chance to reach the round in the Orlando bubble last year before blowing a 3-1 lead and taking a lot of criticism. With Kawhi Leonard injured, the Finals might remain an elusive goal for the time being. Paul George is showing up as a star, but it’s hard to see him carrying LA to a title.

2021 NBA Finals MVP odds: TEAM

Paul George, +600
Reggie Jackson, +12000
Marcus Morris, +12000
Rajon Rondo, +50000

Our pick: Reggie Jackson, +12000

George will certainly be a big part of any scenario ending in the Clippers being the last team standing. However, it’ll take a breakout performance from another player for that to happen and Jackson is the best candidate for that. He was solid even when Leonard was in the lineup and has stepped up to handle additional responsibilities well. “Playoff Rondo” is a thing, but the minutes likely won’t be there. Jackson is the best pick.
