The Houston Rockets, Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic are all +550 to win the 2021 NBA Draft lottery, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. That makes sense given each team has a 14.0 percent chance to win the top selection.
The Oklahoma City Thunder and Cleveland Cavaliers come in next at +700. Both have an 11.5 percent shot at the top selection. The Minnesota Timberwolves, Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls, Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Pelicans round out the top 10. The Timberwolves and Bulls may lose their picks depending on how the lottery unfolds due to protections from trades.

The Rockets, Pistons and Magic are also all -122 to get a top-4 selection during the draft lottery. The Bulls need to land a top-four pick to keep their selection as part of the Nikola Vucevic trade and are +350 to do so. The Timberwolves are +155 to get a top-four pick, but need to land in the top three to keep their selection as part of the D’Angelo Russell trade.
