The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres will wrap-up their three-game set at 10:00 p.m. ET. Walker Buehler will be on the mound for the Dodgers, while Joe Musgrove will start for the Padres. We’ll go over some ideal picks on DraftKings Sportsbook centered around the game here.

Dodgers vs. Padres, 10:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

Moneyline pick: Dodgers +100

The Dodgers are on the verge of getting the swept for the second time this season, which is just crazy to think about how good they’ve been. Los Angeles has not been able to do much against their NL West rivals. The Padres have won six straight games and currently lead the season series 6-3 over the Dodgers.

That being said, I think that Los Angeles can salvage the series finale with Trevor Bauer on the mound. Bauer has been the one of best pitchers in the Dodgers’ starting staff, along with Walker Buehler. In his first season with LA, Bauer has a 7-5 and 2.45 ERA through 15 starts. The 30-year-old has given the Dodgers quality starts in his last three outings, but has suffered two defeats.

However, he’s been fantastic at home with a 4-1 record, 2.45 ERA, and holding opponents to a .182 batting average in five starts. One of Bauer’s home wins came against the Padres on Apr. 24, where he allowed 5 hits (2 HRs), 2 earned runs, and had 9 strikeouts in 6.0 IP. It is not often when you have the Dodgers as plus money underdogs. Do not think twice with this pick.

Player Prop: Trevor Bauer over 7.5 strikeouts (-103)

The Dodgers desperately need a win to avoid the sweep tonight and they have the right guy pitching in Bauer. The 30-year-old starting pitcher has amassed more than 100 strikeouts in 95.2 IP this season. Bauer has gone over his strikeout prop in 9 out of 15 starts, which also includes 2 out of his last 3 outings. In two starts against the Padres back in April, Bauer put up 9 and 7 strikeouts respectively. He’s facing a Padres team that does not strikeout often at 8.37 times per game. But in their last three games, San Diego is averaging 10 strikeouts.
