Most popular player prop bets for Clippers-Suns Game 3

Here are the five player props bettors like for Game 3 of the Western conference finals.

The Los Angeles Clippers once again face a 2-0 deficit in the 2021 playoffs as they host the Phoenix Suns in a must-win Game 3 for LA. Chris Paul is expected to return to the lineup for the Suns, but Kawhi Leonard remains sidelined for the Clippers.

Here are the five most popular player prop bets via DraftKings Sportsbook for Game 3 Thursday night.

Deandre Ayton over 15.5 points (-134)

Ayton is averaging 16.3 points and 10.8 rebounds per game in the postseason, making him one of Phoenix’s major contributors on this run. His point production should stay the same even with Paul coming back to the lineup and he’ll be ready to follow up his buzzer-beater in Game 2 with a strong outing in Game 3. The Clippers likely continue to play small, giving Ayton more room to work. This prop should pay off.

Deandre Ayton over 26.5 points, rebounds and assists (-139)

As mentioned above, Ayton’s average points and rebounds already come out to 27.1. In the first two games, Ayton is combining for 35 points, rebounds and assists. With Paul returning, Ayton should continue to get great touches. Expect him to be strong on the boards as well. This prop bet should also pay off.

Deandre Ayton to record a double-double (-143)

It seems the public is all in on Ayton having a big Game 3 against the Clippers. This type of prop is always tough because rebounds, Ayton’s second category for a double-double, can be tricky to gauge. He didn’t have a double-double in Game 1, so this prop bet could be tricky despite the Suns center dominating this postseason.

Paul George over 30.5 points (-125)

George is averaging 31.3 points since Leonard’s injury, but he only got 26 in the last game. The forward may look to get teammates involved more in Game 3, but should also shoot better from the floor overall. Given what the Clippers need to do to stay alive in the series, expect this prop to hit.

Jae Crowder over 4.5 rebounds (-125)

Crowder was heavily involved in Game 1, but it would be easy to forget he logged 32 minutes in Game 2 given his stat line. The forward finished with two points, three rebounds and four assists while shooting 0-3 from the field. With Paul’s return, Crowder should have more shots. He’s averaging 5.0 rebounds per game in the series, but this one could go either way given the nature of rebounding. Ayton’s presence doesn’t help Crowder’s cause much here.
