The NASCAR Xfinity Series is headed to Pennsylvania this weekend for the Pocono Green 225 Recycled by J.P. Mascaro & Sons. The race will start a noon ET on Sunday and will air on NBC Sports Network. It will be available via live stream at NBCSports.com/live.
This marks only the sixth run of this race. Chase Briscoe is the defending champ, winning the race in overtime last year. This year, Austin Cindric and Ty Gibbs are the co-favorites to win, installed at +300 by DraftKings Sportsbook. Daniel Hemric follows at +800, and then Justin Allgaier, A.J. Allmendinger, and Harrison Burton are next at +900.
Burton claimed the pole for this race, with Allgaier joining him on the front row. They’re followed by Allmendinger and Brandon Jones starting on the second row. The starting lineup was determined using a performance-metric formula rather than traditional qualifying.
