The Atlanta Hawks will look to even the Eastern conference finals in Game 4 vs. the Milwaukee Bucks Tuesday evening. The Bucks took home-court advantage back in the series with a 113-102 win in Game 2. The Hawks will look to ensure the series comes back to Atlanta for Game 6.
Update: Trae Young has been ruled out for Game 4 vs. the Bucks due to a bone bruise, ESPN is reporting prior to the game.
Pick ATS: Bucks -7
Game 3 was more reflective of the true difference between the two teams. Khris Middleton exploded in that contest for 38 points and the Hawks will need to keep him quiet to have a chance. Trae Young is officially questionable to play, but is expected to take the floor after playing through the ankle injury in Game 3. The Bucks are the better team and should cover the spread here as well.
Player Prop: Khris Middleton O2.5 3-pointers (-129)
This game may not last very long with Trae Young ruled out. Still, it’s the playoffs and unless the Bucks demolish the Hawks in the first half (which could happen), Middleton should play 30+ minutes. Even if the Bucks run away with this early, Middleton should get some easy looks and Milwaukee should get more possessions with ATL missing its All-Star PG. Middleton banged 6 outside shots in Game 3 and hit over 2.5 3-pointers in 5 of 7 games in the second round. I’m leaning he’ll be hotter in Game 4.
